RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Auramel, product quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

Due to the nature of our products, all Auramel purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.

Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used items for safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@auramel.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened products
• Used or partially consumed products
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
