Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Auramel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Auramel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and then email us at hello@auramel.com.
